For server support:
• £150 call out and first hour.
• £75 hourly rate starting on the second hour
For a single laptop or PC (NOT a server) we charge a fee of £70 when we resolve the issue within sixty minutes, if we require more time; we will charge a fee of £80. There is a minimum call out charge of £40.
