We work on a no fix, no fee basis.

We provide IT services within London and some areas of Essex and Kent. For example: For example: Buckhurst Hill, Canary Wharf, Chigwell, Chingford, Debden, Essex, Enfield, Epping, Hainault, Kensington, Lambourne, Loughton, Redbridge, Stapleford Tawney, Waltham Abbey, Walthamstow, Wanstead and Woodford. We are based in East London .

We can provide IT support, from computers, laptops, Macs, printers to servers. Please notice we do not charge VAT. These are our current prices:

For server support:

• £150 call out and first hour.

• £75 hourly rate starting on the second hour.

For a single laptop or PC (NOT a server) we charge a fee of £65 when we resolve the issue within sixty minutes, if we require more time; we will charge a fee of £80. We also provide cabling and data recovery.

For small and medium size business we have Service and Support Contracts available on request. We can provide references from some of our business customers, that have entrusted us to support their organizations.
