£25 up to the first thirty minutes. We will not charge VAT because we are not VAT registered.
When we need more than thirty minutes to resolve your IT issue, we will charge an additional £34.99 making it a total of £59.99 and that will be the final cost. Except on Sundays, when the special offers do not apply and there is an extra £20 after 2 hours.
